- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I love this club, the gym is well equipped and it’s not often you can’t get on a running machine. It does get busy across teatime up until 7pm but you can still work out no problem. The hydro pool and saunas are a nice treat for afterwards. I would give the ladies changing area 8 out of 10 for cleanliness which is a vast improvement to other Hull gyms, especially the council ones. The reason I have only awarded only three stars is the lack of dress code in the pool area. This club runs family activities and children’s swimming lessons. At the same time you have young adult females walking around with little more than string bikinis looking for someone to attract. This does not seem to be a problem for the staff at the club but I find it uncomfortable and inappropriate, this is a family fitness centre, not a beach in Greece or Spain. My husband also finds this uncomfortable, we don’t want to see people’s private parts.By himmametonsanva, September 09, 2020
